Introduced in 2011 by the Ministry of Education, the International Education Quality Assurance System(IEQAS) is a certification system to a larger extent of attracting excellent foreign students by certifying universities with internationalization capabilities in high education. The IEQAS is aimed to at fortifying domestic universities’ management skills of international students by suggesting ideal standards for the recruitment and management of the foreign students.
Throughout a rigorous assessment procedure in 2022, YGU was finally selected as a certified university for the IEQAS. Taking this opportunity, YGU will put more effort in improving education qualities for the international students in a rapidly changing environment of globalization.
