The Division of Leadership of Yemyung Graduate University aims to facilitate the development of students who can be committed to impactful and inclusive leadership for a rapidly changing world of globalization. As the nation’s first-ever graduate school of leadership studies, the Leadership Division provides an outstanding curriculum that not only investigates the theory and practice of leadership, but also cultivates professional leadership on a in-depth level. Following the mission of YGU aligned with Christian principles, the Leadership studies aim to promote student’s knowledge and skills of leadership and prepare students to effectively engage in a variety of professional leadership areas including Business Leadership, Management of Technology Leadership, Global Leadership, and so forth, that are especially beneficial for student’s careers in corporations, organizations, politics, and Christian communities.
