■ 초록
이 연구는 보편(universalia)과 사물(res)의 개념적 관계를 토대로, 신앙 (神仰, Fides)과 신앙(信仰, fides)의 신학적 차이를 규명하려는 시도이 다. 플라톤의 이데아론에서 출발하여, 안셀무스의 Fides quaerens in- tellectum에 나타난 극단적 실재론, 토마스 아퀴나스의 온건한 실재론과 유비론, 루터의 노예의지론을 거쳐, 근현대의 뢰비트(Karl Lowith), 스 완스트롬(Roy Swanstrom), 앙살디(Jean Ansaldi)에 이르는 신학적 계 보를 탐색한다.
앙살디의 뺷믿음, 신학, 성서의 연관뺸(L’articulation de la foi, de la theo- logie et des ecritures)은 Fides-Theologie-Ecriture의 삼중 구조를 제시하 며 ‘하나님의 신앙(Fides)’을 신학과 계시의 원리로, ‘인간의 신앙(fides)’ 을 그 역사적 실현으로 규정한다. 따라서 본 연구는 신앙(fides)을 인간 의지의 행위가 아니라 하나님 자신의 신앙(Fides)이 인간 안에서 실현되 는 사건으로 이해한다.
보편과 사물의 관계를 신학적으로 재구성함으로써 ‘Fides qua fides’, 곧 ‘신앙 안의 신앙’이라는 구조가 신적 주체성과 인간 응답의 통일로서 해 석될 수 있음을 제시한다.
This study explores the theological basis for distinguishing between Fides (Divine Faith, 神仰) and fides (Human Faith, 信仰) by drawing on the philosophical relationship between universals and particulars (universalia et res). Beginning with Plato’s dialectic between Idea and thing, the research traces the conceptual development through Anselm’s Fides quaerens intellectum, Thomas Aquinas’s analogical re- alism, Luther’s theology of the enslaved will, and finally to modern reinterpretations in Karl Lowith, Roy Swanstrom, and Jean Ansaldi. Ansaldi’s articulation of Fides-Theologie-Ecriture provides the herme- neutical key: divine faith (Fides) constitutes the origin and ground of theology, whereas human faith (fides) emerges as its historical realization. This investigation argues that faith (fides) should be un- derstood not as a human act of assent, but as the manifestation of God’s own Believing (Fides) activity within the temporal and linguis- tic horizon of humanity.
By revisiting the metaphysical lineage of universals and things, the study establishes a theological model in which Fides qua fides―faith within Faith―expresses the unity of divine initiative and human response.
