1. Application Forms for Admission(attached)

   ** Applications must be filled out in a typewritten form, NOT handwritten.

   ** Applicants are subject to disqualification from admission due to illegible handwriting.

2. Applicants for the doctoral program must submit a research plan(attached) and a 20-page dissertation proposal (A4 size).

3. Please read Admission Guidelines for International Students(attached) carefully prior to submitting the documents.

4. The bank account details for payment of the application fee will be individually notified to each applicant after the submission of the application form.

A. All of the required documents must be collected in person or   by post. 

  ** An electronic application and photocopied documents will be rejected due to a verification process.

B. If the required documents are not submitted before the deadline, the applicant will be IMMEDIATELY disqualified.

C. If any of required documents are missing or incomplete, the applicant will be IMMEDIATELY disqualified.

D. Academic credential documents (certificate of degree and transcript) without ORIGINAL apostille or embassy/consulate verification will NOT be accepted.

E. Documents submitted will NOT be returned to the applicants regardless of the admission results.

F. The application fee is NOT refundable.

G. Please do not staple or fold any document.

H. Applicants are entirely responsible for any consequences resulting from the submission of incorrect (outdated, omitted, or forged) application information.
